Matt Dalley Demolition believes that our staff is an integral part of our business achievements. It is important to us that all employees are given appropriate training and a personalised development program. To help advance career path and maintain safe work practices, we monitor regulations and standards to ensure we uphold our quality in the Health, Safety and Environmental portion of our business. Demolition workers are well trained in all aspects of safety and quality management and are prepared for all scenarios they may face on a job site such as handling hazardous materials, operating heavy plant and working at height to name just a few.
We encourage personal development and make every effort to create an enjoyable working environment for our staff. Because of this, we have formed a team of exceptionally devoted workers. It is very important that our employees are competent in their position of work. All new Matt Dalley Demolition recruits are inducted into our safety training, accident prevention, the control of asbestos and lead, and all law and legislation relating to demolition. We are dedicated to ongoing training for all staff.
We are continually seeking enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our demolition team. We expect employment seekers to hold a valid drivers licence, have excellent communication and organisational skills coupled with the ability to work on their own initiative, preferably a minimum of 2 years experience in the demolition/construction industry and hold a NSW OH & S General Induction card (green card). Any additional qualifications and experience i.e. Skid steer, excavation, Asbestos tickets, would also be beneficial.
