We have been in business for over 25 years and have grown to be one of the key players in the demolition industry. Our experience in a variety of demolition and hazardous material removal projects has allowed us to be competitive in both pricing work and completing work within a required construction program.
In August 2005, Matt Dalley Demolition went through both a name change and change in ownership; formally known as R.J. Brady Demolition. Matt Dalley has previously worked in the Demolition industry for 17 years as General Manager for R.J. Brady Demo. The experience of the company still remains unchanged in the ability of our demolition and Asbestos Project Managers, Supervisors and work personnel.
We believe that through adequate supervision of all of our demolition work and clear communication between both the Client and Matt Dalley Demolition, is the only way that demolition work can be accomplished to a customary and safe standard. This is reflected in our Management Structure. Our Management Structure has been developed so that the responsibility of each position is clear and that the chain of information is directed in such away that the Project Managers, Site Supervisors and Demolition workers are involved 100% of the time.
The communication is set between the Client and Matt Dalley Demolition through our Project Administrator. Copies of all correspondence are directed to both the Project Manager and Project Site Manager. We offer a high standard of service that combines our Quality Assurance policy and the expertise that our company, with the years of experience, can bring.
The Company accepts that it has legal and moral responsibilities for ensuring the health and wellbeing of its employees and others that may be involved by the way it carries out its business. We are dedicated to ongoing training of staff. We believe that it is essential for our employees to be competent in their roles at Matt Dalley Demolition. |

We have been recognized by our clients for our methodology to Health and Safety. We hold Workcover issued Unrestricted Demolition licence and Friable Asbestos Removal licences, along with Public Liability and Workers Compensation insurances, which gives our clients the added confidence and assurance in our work. Expertise gained over many years is just part of the professional service offered. Because each site is different, Matt Dalley Demolition along with their specialist knowledge will adapt the method of demolition to suit.
